Our prices are including water & electricity, but excluding electric heating during the low season and charged at a metered extra fee.

A security deposit of 229 €uros shall be asked for upon your arrival, and returned to you upon your departure if no cause to retain it is found.
A tourist tax of 0,50 €/night/pers aged 12 or plus is applicable.

We request the inside cleaning to be carried out by our Guests before they leave their cottage.Additional cleaning at an extra fee of 50 €uros.
Pets are welcome, 23 €uros extra fee for each stay.

The number of Guests in each house cannot exceed the number of persons shown in our documentation/brochure/web site.

We shall be glad to provide our Guests the following services:
  • Cot for baby (up to 2 years old, 9 €).
  • Bed sheets (12 € per bed).
  • Towels (3 €).
  • Washing-machine / Dryer (4 €).
  • House cleaning (50 €).
  • Breakfasts/evening meals (5,5 €)

We accept payments in cash, by cheques and credit cards
